1.prawn fried rice.
ingredients:tiger shrimp-2 pounds;carrot-grated a cup;cashew 25gm;raisin-25gm;green peas-a cup;basmathi rice-250 gm;butter/olive
oil for frying. procedure:cook the rice with a pinch of salt.fry all other ingredients seperately
&add every thing into the cooked rice.mix well.... suggestions:you can have
this with tomato sauce/chicken curry. comments:this is a non spicy food....
2.Mediteranian chicken:ingredients:chicken(250gm);cloves garlic(2 crushed);large tomato(4)wine (optional);bay leaf(1);dried
basil(1tsp);sugar(1tsp)salt(to taste);red pepper powder(to taste);corn flour(1tsp);sphagetti boiled(100gm) method:marinate
chicken with pepper powder&salt.fry it after 1/2 an hour till it gets brown.add tommato paste&all other ingredients
one after one.mix well... cook nicely.....
